One of the toughest fights you will ever go through is gaining freedom from anxiety and worry. I am happy to be there with you in the struggle because I’ve been there before and know that change is possible.  As one who has worked to challenge my own fears and worries, I love to work with others who struggle with anxiety and OCD, encouraging them on their journey to freedom.  I approach counseling holistically, incorporating the physical, spiritual, emotional, relational and mental aspects of each individual. How we care for ourselves in one area directly impacts all other areas of life.

I have over 20 years of experience in the counseling field and have worked in Christian counseling centers as well as residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment centers, helping adults overcome anxiety and thrive. I am trained in using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety disorders, as well as Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) for OCD. Both are evidence-based treatments and I will discuss both options with you to decide which would be the best therapy approach for you.
